Add and Edit Captions

Adding images

UNCHECK THIS BOX IF YOU JUST WANT TO SEE WHAT WOULD BE ADDED TO THE DATABASE, WITHOUT ACTUALLY ADDING ANYTHING.

HERE IS AN EXPLANATION OF WHAT THIS BUTTON DOES:

Push this button if you have added images to the server, via FTP/Cyberduck, and you want the new images to become part of the site. Also push this button if you have deleted images on the site (via FTP/Cyberduck) and you want them to not appear on the site.
You will invoke a script that will:
--add entries into the site database, assigning section and category, according to the files location within your 'Content' folder and...
--delete entries from the database where images no longer exist. If a folder/ category is empty, the record of that folder/category in the database will be deleted.

For example: you added a group of images to: Content>Artworks>Early Paintings>.
The images will appear in this section of the site: Artworks> Early Paintings
If you add a new directory inside 'Content>Artworks' Categories will be created in the database that will reflect the new category.
For example: you make a new folder called 'New Paintings' and put it inside 'Artwork.' A new section will appear on the site called 'New Paintings,' under Artwork.
NOTE: Only files with the extensions '.jpg' '.png' ' '.gif' '.jpeg' or '.pdf' can be added
